FASHION IS WHAT U ADOPT WHEN YOU DONT                                     KNOW WHO YOU ARE

Saree the main outer garment of Indian subcontinent women consists of a piece of silk, cotton, often brightly colored, often broken, or synthetic cloth five to seven yards long in recent years. It is wrapped around the body with the left end suspended or used as a hood over the head.
Saree is basically a cloak. A Long, unstitched, decorated hangover. This gives it a lot of work potential.

Whatever way you draw it, it works. This also gives designers plenty of freedom to explore and creative potential. With the same piece of clothing, the wearer can also look different. Sarees are worn by season, climate, situation, festivals, functions and occasions. For example, women wear cotton cloth sarees in summer, wedding, women wear, Georgette Sarees, Sarees, Chiffon Sarees, Printed Sarees, and so on.

A saree is a 5 to 9-meter piece of cloth. All Indian women traditionally wear it and it has a great cultural significance. Said to be one of the most graceful women's dress, it elegantly covers the whole body of the woman by showing real curves in the most dignified way. No other dress is as skilled as the saree. When draped in a saree, a woman in India looks absolutely complete. Wearing a saree is not just about draping the fabric, if you add the right makeup and accessories, you'll look even more amazing in a saree.

Saree is really the most versatile clothing. The same Saree can be draped in various ways, worn with various types of blouses, including pants, and accessorized in many ways. Sarees come in a whole range of different fabrics, colors, patterns, different print works... there's literally no end to the kind of variety you can have with just a few sarees in the wardrobe.

It's importance

The saree's real significance lies in the aristocratic handling of such a huge piece of cloth. Sarees are usually linked to a woman's management skills, just as she perfectly manages so many important or trivial tasks while she is there.

India was not immune to the influence and culture of the West. It would not be wrong to say that western dresses have indeed penetrated to a great extent into Indian culture. The importance of the saree cannot be denied, however, because it is incomparable.

Here are some suggestions for the type of sarees you need to wear:
  • The most comfortable cotton sarees are worn by ladies in summer.
  • They magnify their classiness to the top level when it is worn by working ladies with crisp starch.
  • Due to its soft fabric, silk sarees can be easily draped, but Banarsi sarees are a little difficult due to their massive material.
  • Every lady is definitely blessed with at least one Banarsi Saree when she gets married in India, as she is considered auspicious. Its beauty lies in the sparkling glitters of silver or golden border carving.

A couple of reasons why Saree has survived for centuries as a fashion garment:

It's polyvalent

The saree can be worn/draped in various ways. There are as many different styles of draping as there are states in India. To name a few, the Gujarati draping style, the Rajasthani draping style, the Bengali draping style, the Maharashtrian style, the South style etc., In addition to traditional styles, there are other new ways to experiment. With a contemporary twist, even older traditional styles can be sported.

It's sensual

No other clothing flatters the female shape like a saree. The drape's fluidity offers the wearer a very feminine and sensual appeal.

For every opportunity

For almost every occasion, there is a saree, be it an office party, a festival, a romantic dinner, a wedding, a meeting with friends etc. The saree can be accessorized differently and made to look casual or festive.

Species

It comes in many different materials, colors, work, and styles. It can be worn with various types of blouses. It is constantly reworked and reinvented by designers, making it increasingly contemporary while maintaining the essential elegance.

Finally

Sarees have behind them a beautiful history. If you think about wearing one, there are many benefits - but it's not easy. Sarees take a little extra time to draw, but when it comes to beauty, it has an unparalleled comparison, as they are the replica of the rich Indian heritage.

What makes the best player of badminton?

Badminton is a racket sport that uses rackets to hit a net shuttle. Badminton is often played in a yard or on a shoreline as an easy-going open-air action, formal games are played on a rectangular indoor court. Badminton is often played in a grassy area or on a beach as a casual outdoor activity, in a rectangular indoor court, formal games are played. Points are scored by hitting the shuttlecock with the racket and landing it in the court's half on the opposite side.

A badminton competition comprises of completely focused activity. A badminton match is consistently highly concentrated; running, jumping, twisting, stretching, running backward, throwing and striking. The athletes cover each inch of the court in a typical match and run more than a mile. The shuttlecock was recorded from a badminton stroke known as the jump smash moving at 408 km per hour.

Health Benefits

Badminton is an aerobic sport and a general level of fitness is required for players. Since the shuttle can travel through the air at fast speeds, but then drop rapidly to the ground, players must be agile, strong and stable. The use of the racket also requires good engine coordination from the player. The Badminton World Federation, the governing body of sports, claims that badminton offers many health benefits and promotes long life in the elderly.

Among the health benefits listed are: Reducing bad cholesterol, reducing the risk of heart disease and weight control. Regular exercise and participation in sports involving competition with one or more players also increase self-esteem, well-being, motivation and reduces anxiety, stress, and depression. This easily beats the fastest tennis service recorded and records in other sports, such as golf, squash, baseball, cricket, and table tennis.

Physical and mental demands

The players of badminton must excel in physical, tactical, psychological and technical characteristics. The best of three games is a badminton match. A player or pair must score 21 points to win a game. One player or pair score points after each rally. Competitive matches last 40 minutes to an hour and are played at high intensity; intensive rallies usually last six to eight seconds.

Although a badminton match lasts less than half the time of a typical tennis match, badminton players tend to run twice as far as two shots. Badminton is usually considered to be an aerobic or endurance sport, as players must be able to play for an hour or so. But it is made up of short, high-intensity rallies that operate the anaerobic system; the aerobic (60 to 70 percent) and anaerobic (30 percent) systems provide energy.

It may seem advantageous to be tall and lean, but they are not essential for success. Best badminton players have amazing athletic skills and must have high speed, agility, strength, flexibility and muscle endurance.

Exceptional skills

The game's speed requires that elite badminton players be very good tactically. This includes a high visual fitness level to read the game, anticipate actions and make good strategic decisions. Research shows that elite players have a shorter time to react to visual incentives.

They also have more accurate reactions and refined coordination between the eyes. This, together with experience, enables them to anticipate the outcome of the stroke and increase their chance to win the next shot. They must be able to move efficiently across the court, such as lunging, jumping and changing direction, using a good technique

SOME STATISTICS

Let's compare a Wimbledon final to a world championship final in badminton. The Wimbledon final lasted 198 minutes, the badminton final 76 minutes. The actual amount of time the ball or shuttlecock was in play was 18 minutes and 37 minutes respectively.

By breaking it further down to the number of shots played and assuming that 22 feet traveled per shot per player, the tennis player covered approximately 2 miles and the badminton player 4 miles. So in less than half the time, the badminton player ran TWICE.

This shows just how hard badminton is. Tennis is a great game and most people understand the athletic endeavors involved in playing at the top level. From this example, we can see that badminton athletes need to be in world-class condition.
